ineffective air conditioning lumpy pillows

The location was very convenient. It was quiet during the nights.

I experienced a problem with the room temperature. The air conditioning unit did not effectively regulate the temperature (it was uncomfortably warm). the pillows provided were lumpy and not of great quality. I expected better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
